Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and tidying guest rooms and public areas
- Reporting any malfunctions or damages in hotel premises to the supervisor
- Complying with health and safety protocols as well as cleaning procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position at 5-star hotels will be considered an asset
- Pleasant, polite, and friendly personality with a strong customer service orientation
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Attention to detail
- Responsibility, flexibility, and ability to adapt to demanding situations
