In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a F&B Control Administrator.

Position Summary

Create, maintain and distribute a complete database of purchase requests, product transfers, invoices and pro-formas for the department. Organizing incoming goods and coordinate order shipping to keep up with demands ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant documents. Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Orders and invoices digital and hard-copy filing
• Interdepartmental product transfer requests supervision and filing
• Inspect products for defects and damage.
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Check, verify and fill in departments’ requests.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
• Performing record keeping and inventory tasks.
• Organize warehouse space.

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Must be tech savvy and possess computer skills, including, but not limited to use of Microsoft 365 (word, excel, outlook). Previous ERP software program experience, necessary.
• Team player with organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.
• Strong counting ability.
• Ability to lift or move products.
• Problem solving skills.
