Cash Flow Controller

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Cash Flow Controller & Analyst to join our Finance team, playing a critical role in safeguarding liquidity, enhancing financial visibility, and supporting strategic decision-making across our Energy and Metals operations.
Your role will encompass:
- Overseeing daily cash flow monitoring activities (actuals and forecasts) to ensure accurate, timely, and segment-level reporting across Energy and Metals operations
- Preparing, analyzing, and distributing the daily cash position and liquidity report to senior stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and liquidity gaps
- Performing detailed reconciliation between cash flow statements and P&L movements on a monthly and annual basis
- Conducting variance and bridge analysis to explain deviations between actuals, budget, and forecast
- Supporting working capital analysis, including receivables, payables, inventory, and operational cash drivers
- Collaborating closely with Treasury, Accounting, Controlling, and Business Operations teams to ensure data alignment and financial accuracy
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, automation initiatives, and internal controls within the cash flow process
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree will be considered an asset)
- 3+ years of experience in cash flow controlling, FP&A, Treasury, or financial analysis, ideally within an energy, industrial, or manufacturing environment
- Strong financial statement understanding, with the ability to connect cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet movements
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling); familiarity with financial reporting tools is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders
