Customer Service Officer 

Main Job Responsibilities

• Manage and process international customer orders through the ERP system.
• Coordinate all export‑related documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, transport documents).
• Communicate with customers via email regarding order progress, delivery schedules, availability, and required export paperwork.
• Liaise closely with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance) to ensure seamless export operations.
• Work directly with freight forwarders, shipping partners and logistics providers to arrange export transport and confirm loading dates.
• Track shipments and provide customers with all necessary export and delivery information.
• Handle discrepancies, order issues and documentation corrections in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with export procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements / Personal Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Export Operations, or Order Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an asset).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Understanding international shipping processes and export documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and international logistics.
