Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ship Repair Manager to join our team and lead onboard repair projects with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize & supervise onboard repair projects
• Review and follow up work specifications
• Ensure smooth coordination between vessel, yard & management
• Deliver projects safely, on time & within scope
- Experience in Ship Repair / Workshop
Requirements:
• Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering or Former sea-going Chief Engineer / First Engineer
• Strong experience in ship repair & drydocking
• Excellent leadership & coordination skills
- Previous experience in a similar position is required
