Scope
- Create and execute individual and group training programs and indoor and outdoor activities
- Fitness assessment and creation of individual client training program
- Providing health, nutrition and lifestyle advice, offering a holistic approach to fitness and wellness
- Ensuring the health and safety of customers
- Constant encouragement and guidance
- Ensuring the cleanliness, safety and proper functioning of all equipment and fitness areas, as well as the wider spa area
- Knowledge of the trends in the field of fitness and proposing ways to improve the services provided
- Welcoming and guiding customers, explaining and advising on the spa's menu of treatments and care products
- Promote products and services and perform spa reception duties
- Knowledge of all spa services and products, and promoting them within the hotel facilities in order to provide a holistic experience for the customers.
Requirements
- Must be a TEFAA graduate
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a physical trainer
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Methodology, attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Neat appearance, cleanliness
- Courtesy, professionalism, pleasant and friendly personality
The following will be considered a plus
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Swimming pool lifeguard certificate
- Experience with children and organizing activities
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
- Previous experience in a 5* hotel environment
