Aulus Lindos Rhodes

We are currently hiring for our 5* resort All-Inclusive 5-star Family Resort in Rhodes, Greece| Aulūs Lindos Rhodes by Domes, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Rhodes, Dodecanese for the season 2026

Warehouse & Cost Controller

Cost Control:

  • Monitor, analyze, and control all Food & Beverage costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Posting of purchases, stock movements, recipes, and invoices in the ERP system (e.g. Softone).
  • Create and maintain suppliers and items in the system in cooperation with Procurement.
  • Ensure that only approved suppliers and prices are used.
  • Perform stock valuation and reconcile physical stock with system stock.
  • Organize and supervise monthly stock counts for the warehouse
  • Analyze variances between theoretical and actual costs and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare F&B cost reports.
  • Support menu costing, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor portion control, yields, waste, and spoilage.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing, receiving, and issuing procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing all required documentation.

Warehouse Management:

  • Manage all daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuing, and stock organization.
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity, quality, and specifications.
  • Apply FIFO, FEFO, and proper stock rotation methods.
  • Ensure correct storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, safety, segregation of products).
  • Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.
  • Control minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate market research and collection of suppliers offer when required.
  • Participate in the new supplier / new item approval process.
  • Monitor expiration dates and minimize waste and losses.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with HACCP standards.
  • Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse staff.

Control & Compliance:

  • Act as the main controller and supervisor of the entire F&B stock and cost control process.
  • Ensure strict implementation of company Policies & Procedures.
  • Maintain transparency, traceability, and documentation for all movements and approvals.
  • Act as a link between Operations and Finance departments.


Requirements

·        Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.

·        At least 1 year of experience in a Hotel Kitchen or restaurant kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

·        knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen procedures.

·        Previous experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on high-volume or fine dining environments.

·        Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

·        Knowledge of the English language.
