Contracts Manager
Based @ the Ellinikon Offices
We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join the Ellinikon Project. The Contracts Manager will be reporting to the CPEO.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Draft forms of contract for use in tender packages and be responsible for all pre-construction
management.
• Review and respond to tenderers' RFIs and qualifications (i.e. reservations, exclusions and
assumptions).
• Finalize contracts at post-award stage with successful tenderers.
• Review, contribute in, and monitor the preparation and progress of variations respectively.
• Maintain and report on the status of all relevant records such as contract / agreement registers,
variations & claims logs, and project correspondence for multiple Projects.
• Exchange of communications with our counterparties on matters of contractual relevance.
• Organize and attend to commercial / contractual oriented meetings, whether on site or at the
Employer's premises.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
• Preferably, BSc in Quantity Surveying, or otherwise, a Degree or Diploma in Applied Science or
Engineering.
• Excellent bi-lingual (Greek & English) and communication skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
Professional Experience:
• Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator or relevant role, with 15+ years of experience
in Residential or Infrastructure projects in both contracting and sub-contracting agreements.
• Proficient in risk management, with the ability to reasonably foresee and avert adverse situations.
• Familiarity with standard certification, invoicing and payment procedures.
• Good knowledge on basic contract principles, terminology, and procedures.
On a personal side, the ideal candidate:
• To be meticulous, acute, proactive, and works methodically.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time, and exhibits strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with varying levels of seniority, including other staff members, managers and external
partners.
• Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team

variations & claims logs, and project correspondence for multiple Projects.
• Exchange of communications with our counterparties on matters of contractual relevance.
