Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Content Specialist - Journalist in Netcompany?

We are looking for a Content Specialist - Journalist to join our Marketing & Corporate Communications team for our offices in Athens.

Α highly skilled strategic content expert who combines journalistic excellence with corporate awareness and can confidently shape narratives that inform, engage, and inspire. This role is ideal for a content professional who can transform complex business information into compelling stories, elevate corporate messaging, that will be used across multiple channels for external and internal audiences.

As a Content Specialist - Journalist you will:

• Create high-quality content in Greek and English, including case studies, articles and thought leadership pieces, interviews, speeches, advertorials and internal comms pieces.
• Translate complex business, technology, and corporate topics into clear, engaging, and compelling narratives to create impact on the IT/ Technology sector
• Collaborate closely with business teams to conduct professional interviews, extract meaningful insights and create impactful content.
• Proven ability to craft strong headlines and lead paragraphs that capture attention - for both external and internal communication platforms
• Edit content for clarity, concision, consistency, and impact
• Ensure all aligns with brand voice, corporate positioning, and communication strategy
• Maintain the highest standards of editorial quality, accuracy, and storytelling excellence
• Be able to highlight the “human angle” in business stories.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 5+ years of professional experience in content creation, journalism or a related field, ideally within the technology or corporate sector
• Studies in Journalism, Communication or Mass Media
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Greek and English (native or near-native proficiency required)
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and extract key messages
• Ability to align content with broader business and communication goals.
