We are looking for a 

What you will focus on

·         Conduct research and mapping of areas, in order to locate stores for the creation of new branches

·         Have a good knowledge of the competition and be able to evaluate their dynamics

·         Evaluate the commercial and technical aspect of offered properties

·         Be able to estimate the value of properties

·         Conduct financial and technical study on the investment.

·         Negotiate for properties in order to be leased

·         Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, engineers, manufacturers, and others.

What we are looking for

·         University degree in a relevant field; certifications in Real Estate will be considered a plus

·         At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position; previous role in a retail company will be an asset

·         Very good knowledge of MS Office

·         Good knowledge of English

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Business approach, good understanding of financial terms

·         Team player
