We are looking for Legal Counsel to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
The Legal Counsel will be actively involved in corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal compliance, while handling day-to-day legal matters and providing legal advice across a broad range of topics in accordance with applicable local legislation.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Provide legal support on corporate law matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology services contracts, software license agreements, services agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Support the organization’s operational legal needs, including corporate housekeeping and the establishment, restructuring, merger, or management of subsidiaries.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard legal policies, internal guidelines, and contract templates.
- Monitor, interpret, and stay up to date with the applicable legal and regulatory framework relevant to the company’s industry.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited law school and qualification as a lawyer in Greece.
- LL.M. in Commercial, Technology, and/or Civil Law will be considered an advantage.
- 4–7 years of proven professional experience as a lawyer, preferably within a large organization or a reputable law firm specializing in corporate law and commercial agreements.
- Prior experience in the Software Development and/or Information Technology industry, or demonstrated experience in Technology Law, will be considered a strong asset.
- Strong integrity with a meticulous approach to compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, written and verbal, with strong analytical and legal interpretation abilities.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize workload, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude, sound business judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
