We are looking to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Officer who will support the Regulatory Affairs department on projects for Greece and worldwide.

In this role you will:

• Update and maintain regulatory documentation: Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Allergens Certificates, IFRA certificates for fragrances and flavours.
• Ensure the regulatory compliance of all fragrances and flavours for specific regulatory requirements.
• Notify hazardous mixtures according to Annex VIII of CLP Regulation.
• Update and maintain internal regulatory documentation databases.
• Keep up to date with national, EU and global chemical legislation.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• 2-3 years of experience in the chemicals/cosmetics regulatory affairs field and proven understanding of national, EU and global regulatory requirements is required
• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Agricultural Sciences. A post graduate diploma in relevant field will be considered an asset

  • Attention to detail as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory registration systems.
  • Ability to understand and interpret directives and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively to the relevant stakeholders
  • Excellent level of English and Greek language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ERP. Previous experience with Dr.Software will be considered an asset.
