About the Role
The Groups & Events Executive at NOŪS Santorini is responsible for coordinating and delivering group and event bookings after contract signature. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, travel agents, and internal teams, the role supports smooth communication, accurate system handling, and successful on-site execution. The position also includes welcoming travel partners through site inspections and familiarization visits, helping to build long-term relationships and future business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage group and event bookings from contract signature through completion.
- Act as the main contact for travel agencies, companies, and direct clients.
- Coordinate with hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Prepare Event Orders and Action Plans and participate in pre-event briefings.
- Be present during groups and events to support operations and resolve any issues.
- Conduct site inspections for group and event requests, presenting the hotel's rooms, public areas, and event spaces.
- Welcome and host travel agents, partners, and clients during site visits and familiarization (FAM) trips.
- Ensure FAM trips and visits are well organized and run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate group and event records in Opera PMS and Delphi, including rooming lists and updates.
- Follow up on deposits, payments, invoicing, and post-event feedback.
- Support the Groups Department in Athens when required.
- Proactively solve problems and adapt to last-minute changes to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or similar.
- Previous experience in hospitality, groups & events, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Guest-focused attitude with a hands-on, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS and Delphi is preferred
