We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development to join our high-caliber team.
Your Role
As a Sales Executive / Business Development, you will be responsible for developing new business within the small and medium-sized market, working directly with business owners and decision-makers.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Ιdentify and develop new business opportunities within the SME and mid-market segment.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Lead discovery meetings to understand client challenges, needs, and growth objectives.
- Design and present tailored commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close commercial agreements.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within SMEs or mid-market clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and performance-driven environments.
- Consultative mindset with genuine interest in helping businesses grow.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
