About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in strengthening financial planning, controlling, and business performance monitoring. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to Management and other departments, ensuring robust financial controls and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the financial planning and controlling process, ensuring full alignment with corporate policies and standards.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in close collaboration with other Departments and Sections.
Develop, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and support decision-making by the Management Team.
Work closely with the Finance Manager to establish, maintain, and continuously improve a robust financial control framework.
Oversee cash flow planning and analysis, working capital management, and monitor the company’s liquidity and solvency.
Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends and risks, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive mindset.
