Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Receiving and shipping goods
  • Keeping a logbook for company vehicles and personnel
  • Secretarial support (scheduling appointments, booking flights, etc.)
  • Assigning tasks to support consultants
  • Order processing
  • Customer service

Yours Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous 1 years working experience as Secretary/Administration Support
  • Bachelor’s degree is desirable
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of English language, one additional language preferred (Spanish, French, or German)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

Nice to have 

  • Experience in facilities management or coordinating external partners.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems in English.
