Your contribution to the success of the team

Handling incoming calls
Receiving and shipping goods
Keeping a logbook for company vehicles and personnel
Secretarial support (scheduling appointments, booking flights, etc.)
Assigning tasks to support consultants
Order processing
Customer service

Yours Qualifications & Skills

Previous 1 years working experience as Secretary/Administration Support
Bachelor’s degree is desirable
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Very good command of English language, one additional language preferred (Spanish, French, or German)
Very good knowledge of MS Office

Nice to have

Experience in facilities management or coordinating external partners.
Familiarity with ERP systems in English.
