We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our team in our production facilities in Chalkida. The QA Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Support with document preparation prior audits
• Support with reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are effectively communicated throughout the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes
• Support the Quality team on implementation of training program for staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements
• Responsible for CAPA plan monitoring
• Responsible for supplier qualification system maintenance.
• Participate in ‘change control’ and deviation system maintenance
• Act as a point of contact for Quality inquiries related to the products and ensure timely response.
• Assist the QA team in any other relevant activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards and understanding of  quality management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English
