Costa Navarino is looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader for it's Residences, to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in guest rooms and public areas. The role involves supervising the housekeeping team, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and Health & Safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Assign and monitor tasks for room attendants and public area staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards
- Communicate room status with the Front Office team
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate maintenance issues with the Engineering department
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and Health & Safety policies
- Manage supplies, inventories, and lost & found procedures
- Train, support, and evaluate housekeeping associates
Requirements
- Degree or certification in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Guest-oriented mindset and attention to detail
