We are looking for a 1st Level Support Technician at Support Retail S/W.
Your Contribution to the Team
- Serve as a key contact for new and existing customers and resellers, providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting day-to-day needs.
- Capture customer feedback and communicate insights to the product and engineering teams.
- Advise and train users on Entersoft’s retail business solutions and software use.
- Liaise with consultants and developers’ teams to support smooth operations.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and passion for technology.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) or software applications is a plus.
- Comfortable using MS Windows & Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
