Job Purpose: The CSR Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and communication of the company’s CSR and ESG initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Coordinates and supports the implementation of the company’s CSR initiatives in collaboration with local and international NGOs.
- Manages internal and external communication of CSR programs, including press releases, digital content, and social media.
- Supports ESG data collection and reporting for certifications and frameworks (e.g. B Corp, BREEAM, CSRD).
- Tracks and monitors CSR sponsorships, donations, and impact.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams to enhance employee engagement and visibility of CSR actions.
- Prepares presentations, communication materials, and act as an internal CSR ambassador.
Requirements
- BSc in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Public Policy, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong understanding of CSR, ESG principles, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
- Strong stakeholder and media relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
