Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high standards of service, smooth operational flow, and a positive team environment. The role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming, and consistent guest experience, while leading the team with professionalism and hospitality-driven values.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with operational and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the store team (baristas and service staff).
- Participate in recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance in line with operational needs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest requests or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful working environment.
- Supervise the proper set-up, clearing, and resetting of service areas according to operational needs and reservation plans.
- Act as a role model for service excellence and brand standards in all daily interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager or similar supervisory role within a café or F&B environment.
- Degree or studies in Hospitality / Tourism will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (spoken and written).
