In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire for 2026 a Chef de Partie - Modern Indian Cuisine.

Position Summary

The Chef de Partie will ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of dishes in accordance with the resort’s high culinary standards. The post holder must have strong expertise in Indian cuisine, including authentic preparations, traditional cooking techniques, and modern plating standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present high-quality Indian cuisine dishes within assigned section on time and according to high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu execution and improvements.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff members (Cook B / Commis) in her/his section.
  • Ensure authentic Indian mise-en-place is prepared efficiently for service.
  • Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and minimize food waste.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain strict food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

 

 



Requirements

  • 3–5 years of culinary experience in a similar role
  • Proven strong hands-on experience in Indian cuisine is required (preparations, cooking techniques, and plating).
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent training.
  • Good knowledge of international cuisine and plating techniques is an asset.
  • Experience in high-end or luxury kitchens preferred.
