In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor.
Position Summary
The general duties of the warehouse supervisor are defined in ensuring the PAR level stock, its quality, the immediate execution of orders to ensure this stock, as well as the timely, correct and complete supply of the Hotel departments with the quantities and items requested.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining proper PAR level stock for Food, Beverage & Disposables codes.
- Maintain organized and secure storage areas, ensuring proper inventory levels and stock rotation.
- Placing orders with suppliers and registering invoices.
- Issue supplies and materials to various departments as requested, maintaining accurate records.
- Supervising warehouse associates and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipts, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Checking orders, invoices, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
- Updating warehouse management software with all daily transactions and monitoring invoices and internal transfers data accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of stock movements, including receipts, returns, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the storage and receiving areas.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and suppliers.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a similar role in the Hotel Industry.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Must be tech savvy and possess computer skills, including, but not limited to use of Microsoft 365 (word, excel, outlook).
- Administrative and personnel management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling, counting and recording stock.
- Time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
