Άλλη κατηγορίαAs Flow Management Supervisor you will lead a team of demand planning specialists with main role to secure the performance of Supply Chain - Replenishment for specific product categories. You will also controls the flow of information and goods within agreed requirements, in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders, to achieve on time and in full product availability to satisfy store demand, against minimal costs in the supply chain.

Main tasks and responsibilities
• Analyze and evaluate Replenishment performance and address any issues if necessary.
• Manage all logistics aspects of seasonalities and promotional agreements between Suppliers and Category Management to have a common forecast and way of stores replenishment.
• Manage Replenishment KPIs such as Days on Hand, Shrink, and Service Levels.
• Propose and agree Supply Chain targets per supplier.
• Organize alignment, planning and continuous improvement meetings with the supply chain stakeholders.
• Periodically have meetings with the suppliers to confirm the implementation of the agreed targets.
• Track suppliers' service level, escalates to Category Management big or repetitive un-deliveries and long term service level issues.
• Guard the flow of information between suppliers, DC's and stores
• In cooperation with suppliers manage all logistics issues and contributes in the optimization of the Supply Chain
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain or in a related field
• Master's Degree will be considered an asset
• 3+ years of working experience in Supply Chain
• Fluency in English language, both written & spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
