We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Chania’s Best Ultra All-inclusive 5-star Resort | Aulūs Chania, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Chania, of Crete.
Host/Hostess
The position:
As a Host/Hostess, your main role is to welcome guests and provide clear instructions and directions, as well as to escort them to the hotel’s dining areas. Collaboration with members of the other hotel operational departments is also essential, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our guests.
Responsibilities:

- Welcoming guests to the venue.
- Informing them of the exact waiting time and managing the waiting list.
- Handling reservations.
Requirements
- Graduate in tourism.
- Very good knowledge of English and optionally a second foreign language is required.
- Experience in à la carte restaurants or in 5* luxury hotel restaurants is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of service techniques.
- Polite, pleasant and friendly personality.
- Team spirit and cooperation.
- Nice appearance, cleanliness.
- Customer service and satisfaction oriented.
