Role Overview
The F&B Supervisor manages daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service, consistent quality, and exceptional guest engagement. The role supports team development, oversees key operational processes, and collaborates with the Culinary and Guest Experience teams to deliver memorable dining moments. The Supervisor also contributes to menu and concept development, while upholding operational and service excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring efficient, guest-focused service.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Act as a guest ambassador, professionally managing VIPs, special requests, and service recovery.
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, and scheduling of the F&B team.
- Lead pre-shift briefings and ensure clear communication and coordination across outlets.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, cost control, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Culinary and Guest Experience teams to create bespoke dining experiences and special events.
- Contribute to menu planning, seasonal concepts, and initiatives that drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service standards, wine and beverage management, and contemporary culinary trends.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
