Role Overview
The Groom will be primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to the hotel and relieving guests of their luggage upon their arrival and departure.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in/check-out experience.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing clear information about hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
- Deliver messages, packages, and in-room amenities promptly and professionally.
- Safely store guest luggage in designated storage areas when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable bell desk and luggage storage area.
- Coordinate with Front Desk and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Monitor and manage transportation schedules, assisting guests with travel arrangements as needed.
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service, addressing guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with special guest requests, including arranging additional amenities or services to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels or high-volume luxury environments.
- Excellent command of the English language; additional languages will be considered a strong asset.

- Flexible and adaptable, capable of responding efficiently to a variety of operational situations.
