We are looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our high caliber team.

Your role

As a Sales Development Executive, you will drive customer acquisition by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing them through the sales pipeline, while working closely with the Sales team to achieve our sales targets.

Your contribution to the success of the team

· Identify and research potential customers and new business opportunities

·  Reach out to and qualify leads through Lead generation calls, emails, and LinkedIn

 · Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings between prospective clients and the Sales team.

· Track the status and performance of leads and report progress toward achieving agreed sales goals

 · Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute effective sales  approaches. 

· Manage leads and sales activities using CRM software

· Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

· Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities and results to management

Your Qualifications & Skills

· 2+ years in B2B sales or customer service, ideally in technology (i.e. in business software company).

· Proven hands-on experience with CRM tools and customer relationship management processes

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

· Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships

· Solid understanding of modern sales techniques and strategies

· Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
