The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team during the night shift. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service and a memorable experience to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist, and engage guests during overnight hours, ensuring a warm, refined, and personalized experience at every interaction.
- Handle all nightly administrative tasks and coordinate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent guest service by discovering all our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints, disturbances, and emergency situations during the shift.
- Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment.
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments.
- Set up and maintain a high level of personal service and guest recognition.
- Monitor the hotel’s overnight operation and ensure that all procedures are followed according to standards.
- Lead and supervise Front Desk activities throughout the night, ensuring clear communication and high guest satisfaction.
- Complete and verify all end-of-day and night audit reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee the entire check-in and check-out process, providing efficient and high-quality service that reflects The Luxury Collection standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor in businss Tourism or Hotel Management Degree
- At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry in Front Office Agent position. FO experience in a 5-star hotel preferred
- Be a person with enviable customer service skills.
- Hold a Hospitality degree.
- Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English. Knowledge of German and/or Russian/or French language will be an advantage.
- Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera software
- Have impeccable cooperation, attention to detail, inspiration, and organizational skills.
- Be able to act proactively and constantly find creative solutions in every guest encounter.
- Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Be a great communicator who allures guests from all over the world.
- Have unflappable temperament and professional integrity.
- Be an inspiring team player.
- Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests.
