We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter

As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the smooth and effective management of hiring activities, with the goal of timely and high-quality staffing across the organization. You will work closely with the HR team and collaborate actively with hiring managers and other departments.

Your day to day will include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, professional networks, and social media
  • Screening CVs and conducting first-stage interviews, supporting the onboarding process through first-month check-ins with new hires, and contributing to exit interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records and ATS systems
  • Tracking basic recruitment KPIs and supporting job offer preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, GDPR, and internal HR policies
  • Collaborating closely with the HR team and participating in HR-related initiatives

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or an HR department
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and tools such as Canva or other creative tools
  • Experience working with HR systems and basic data reporting
  • Team spirit and a collaborative mindset
  • Critical thinking and basic analytical skills
  • People-centric mindset with a focus on quality and candidate experience
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop within the HR and recruitment field
