In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire for the season 2026 a Kids Club Activity Leader.

Position Summary

The Kids Club Activity Leader will implement our Excellence Culture at our resort, Helea Lifestyle Beach Resort, in Rhodes. This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to develop her/himself and become part of an innovative and vibrant team of hospitality professionals who aim high!

The Kids Club Activity Leader is responsible for creating, organizing, and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for children aged 4–12, ensuring a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. The role aims to provide memorable experiences for young guests while supporting parents’ peace of mind and contributing to the overall quality and reputation of the resort’s family-friendly services.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement creative, educational, and recreational activities appropriate to different age groups (4–12 years).
• Ensure continuous supervision of children at all times, strictly adhering to safety, hygiene, and child protection standards.
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive environment that encourages participation, creativity, and positive social interaction.
• Monitor children’s behavior and well-being, responding appropriately to individual needs and situations.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with parents or guardians, providing updates on activities and addressing questions or concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with the Kids Club team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Set up, maintain, and tidy activity areas, ensuring all equipment and materials are safe and well-maintained.
• Follow all resort policies, procedures, and emergency protocols related to children’s safety and welfare.
• Act as a positive role model, promoting respect, teamwork, and responsible behavior among children.

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare facility, school, or other educational environment.
• Very good command of English (additional languages are considered an asset).
• First Aid Certification (preferred).
• Training or knowledge in Special Education or inclusive practices (preferred)..
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
• Creativity and imagination in designing and delivering activities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
