Role Overview:

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of the hotel, ensuring consistency, quality and excellence across all areas of operation. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role fosters a strong culture of service excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. Through effective leadership, strategic planning and cross-functional coordination, the Hotel Manager drives operational efficiency, high levels of guest satisfaction and sustainable business performance.

Key Accountabilities:

·       Provide overall coordination and leadership of daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution.

·       Ensure the consistent implementation and adherence to all operational policies, procedures and service standards across the hotel.

·       Lead the property through internal and external audits, ensuring a high level of compliance and strong performance across all quality, health, safety and operational assessments.

·       Drive the achievement of agreed performance indicators, including guest satisfaction, quality benchmarks and financial objectives.

·       Support and actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, training and continuous development of hotel employees, fostering a culture aligned with the hotel’s philosophy and service values.

·       Personally oversee the management of complex, high-profile or demanding guest requests and effectively resolve escalated guest concerns to ensure service recovery and guest loyalty.



Requirements

·       Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field.

·       Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Hotel Manager or equivalent senior operational role within a luxury five-star environment.

·       Previous experience within an international hotel chain, either in Greece or abroad.

·       Strong computer literacy with solid knowledge of hotel systems and PMS platform.

·       Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal; knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset.
