By joining the Domes Yield & Revenue team as an Intern, you will play an active role in supporting our commercial strategy. This internship offers hands-on exposure to revenue management, pricing strategy, demand analysis, and performance reporting, providing a strong foundation for a future career in hospitality revenue management.
As a Yield & Revenue Intern, you will support the team in analyzing market trends, monitoring booking performance, assisting with forecasting, and contributing to strategies that optimize revenue across our portfolio of luxury resorts. You will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights into how data-driven decisions shape business success in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily monitoring of revenue performance across all channels.
- Support in preparing and analyzing reports related to occupancy, ADR, market trends etc.
- Participate in rate and inventory management by updating systems, availability, and restrictions.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and support market intelligence activities.
- Assist in forecasting demand and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment on pricing and distribution strategies.
- Help maintain data accuracy across PMS, CRS, and channel manager platforms.
- Support the implementation of promotions and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Studies in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
