We are now looking for a Business Development & Strategy Specialist to join our headquarters in Keratsini. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated young professional to work closely with senior leadership on projects that define the future direction of the company.

The Role

As a Business Development & Strategy Specialist, you will support the company’s leadership in:

• Conducting market and competition analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Reviewing and organizing financial and strategic data of potential business opportunities.
• Contributing to the creation of business plans and strategic proposals.
• Assessing potential synergies, value creation, and risks in business opportunities.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Coordinating information across stakeholders and ensuring strategic projects are well structured, progressed and documented.
• Conduct on the ground initial execution of new business plans.

This role offers high exposure to strategic projects, with direct involvement in shaping the company’s growth outlook.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong analytical and business acumen. All candidates should have:

• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• An MBA.
• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in a related sector (e.g. consulting, finance, business development, or strategy-related roles).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to manage teams and execute.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Usage of AI tools
