Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Health & Safety Manager to join our HSQ & Sustainability team in our Paiania offices.

Your role will encompass:

• Coordinate the preparation and implementation of all project HSE plans (HSE Plan, CPP, CEMP, Waste Management Plan, etc.).
• Monitor project HSE KPIs and submit monthly reports to the Head of HSE.
• Prepare HSE reports for Head Office and support compliance with ISO standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001), ESG frameworks, and international guidelines (IFC, World Bank, EBRD).
• Train and guide site teams on HSE procedures and documentation.
• Lead all HSE activities with Project Management and the Site HSE Manager, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulations.
• Conduct site HSE audits, ensuring corrective actions to mitigate risks and non-conformities.
• Support the Sales team on HSE requirements during tendering and participate in client HSE meetings.
• Share best practices and innovations with the Project Management team.

What you bring to the role:

• 5+ years in HSE management, including 3+ years in heavy industrial projects (power plants, oil & gas).
• Strong knowledge of European/Greek HSE regulations.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum); auditor certifications (ISO 45001/14001), IOSH, First Aid, or behavioral coaching are a plus.
• Proven experience preparing HSE Plans and understanding ESIA and Environmental Permits.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, accountability, and ability to inspire trust.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and incident investigation.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital platforms.
• Leadership ability with experience managing teams.
