Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.

• Παρακολουθεί καθημερινά τις ανάγκες του τμήματος και προχωρά σε αιτήματα αγοράς.
• Ελέγχει παραλαβές και διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές.
• Τηρεί αναλυτικό απόθεμα υλικών συντήρησης (ηλεκτρολογικά, υδραυλικά, οικοδομικά, εργαλεία).
• Διασφαλίζει την ορθή αποθήκευση και επισήμανση των υλικών.
• Πραγματοποιεί περιοδικές απογραφές και ενημερώνει τακτικά την τεχνική διεύθυνση.
• Τηρεί αρχεία αγορών, δελτία παραγγελίας και τιμολόγια.
• Συντάσσει μηνιαίες αναφορές κόστους και προμηθειών για εσωτερική αξιολόγηση.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors daily departmental needs and initiates purchase requests.
• Communicates with approved suppliers, collects quotations, and proceeds with orders based on cost and quality policy.
• Checks deliveries and ensures compliance with specifications.
• Maintains detailed inventory of maintenance materials (electrical, plumbing, construction, tools).
• Ensures proper storage and labeling of materials.
• Conducts periodic stock counts and regularly updates the technical management.
• Maintains records of purchases, order forms, and invoices.
• Prepares monthly cost and procurement reports for internal evaluation.

• Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε παρόμοια θέση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο
• Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
• Κατανόηση και τήρηση κανονισμών του κλάδου, προτύπων ασφαλείας και απαιτήσεων συμμόρφωσης
• Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης επειγόντων περιστατικών, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και άρτιων επικοινωνιακών δεξιοτήτων

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within hospitality industry
• Knowledge of English language
• Understanding and following industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to deal effectively with emergency situations, problem solving and effective communication skills
