Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Front Office operations during assigned shifts.
- Allocate tasks, guide staff, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints.
- Ensure compliance with service and appearance standards.
- Support and train Receptionists and Trainees.
- Review shift reports, verify transactions, and follow security protocols.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’
- Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism
- Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
