W Costa Navarino, exclusively for adults and young adults over 12 years old, offers 226 stylish rooms, 2 bedroom suites and 3 bedroom villas with infinity private pools, staged in the Bay of Navarino with stunning Ionian Sea views, The Watersports Center, The Away Spa and gym with a heated 25m-long lap pool, including the new Navarino Agora, an open marketplace with retail, street food, open-air cinema and exciting programming throughout the day and night.

W Costa Navarino is looking for an Assistant Manager of Style. The selected candidate will support the Director of Style in the day-to-day operation of the Style (Housekeeping) Department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction in line with Brand Standards and company procedures. The role is primarily operational and supportive, contributing to team coordination, quality consistency and smooth daily workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily housekeeping operations, including laundry, assisting with task allocation and follow-up.
  • Participate in recruitment activities and support the onboarding of new team members.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the team to maintain service standards.
  • Inspect rooms, VIP rooms and public areas, providing feedback to the Director of Style and the team.
  • Monitor stock levels of supplies and materials and report replenishment needs.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure completion of required reports.
  • Support the handling and follow up of guest comments and complaints.
  • Assist in preparing and updating action plans based on guest feedback and inspections.
  • Support the team in achieving daily operational and service goals.
  • Ensure daily operations follow SOPs, Brand Standards and company policies.
  • Assist with roster scheduling and basic daily planning, in coordination with the Director of Style.
  • Work in close liaison with the Welcome Desk, Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth communication regarding room status, maintenance issues, VIP arrivals and guest requests.
  • Support compliance with Health & Safety standards and hygiene procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Hospitality degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or senior operational role within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Supportive and team-oriented leadership approach.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Service-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic working knowledge of hotel systems (Opera or similar preferred).
  • Familiarity with Housekeeping SOPs and Brand Standards.
  • Good command of English (oral and written).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to take initiative within defined guidelines.
