Costa Navarino Residences are seeking for a Front Office Team Agent. The successful candidate provides outstanding guest service while performing all Front Office operations efficiently and accurately. Acts as the first point of contact for guests, owners, and visitors, ensuring a high-touch, personalized experience in line with Residences Costa Navarino standards. Supports the Front Office team in daily operations and contributes to smooth workflows and accurate record-keeping. Supports Front Office Team Leader in maintaining operational standards and guest satisfaction.
Being part of our Front Office team you will:
- Greet, welcome, and check-in/out guests and owners following Front Office standards and protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest and owner records, including registration forms, invoices, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest needs and ensure seamless service.
- Ensure updates such as room availability, VIP requests, and operational notifications are communicated to relevant departments.
- Assist in monitoring Front Office cash flow and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests, owners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support Front Office Team Leader and Concierge with special projects, reporting, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and luxury service standards at all times.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Have minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or guest service within luxury hotels or resorts preferred
- Have a Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach to guest service.
- Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera OVOS PMS
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and transactions
- Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to support operational needs
- Basic problem-solving skills to handle minor guest issues independently
- Adaptable and proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow within the Front Office team
