Exports Area Manager


A leading Greek company in the food sector, based in Attica, with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, is looking for an Exports Area Manager to further expand its global footprint and grow international B2B partnerships.

Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and execute export sales plans for assigned international markets, driving growth and profitability
  • Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and assess potential for market entry or expansion
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with foreign clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, production) to ensure efficient execution of export operations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities
  • Oversee pricing and cost structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability of export operations
  • Represent the company at international fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings abroad

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for international markets
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel abroad
