As an F&B Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure that service standards are met and exceeded in all guest interactions. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas, ensuring that our guests receive impeccable service and memorable culinary experiences synonymous with the Conrad brand. This role is essential in upholding the hotel's commitment to excellence in service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service operations in designated areas, ensuring all standards of service excellence are consistently upheld.
• Train, coach, and support team members to foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional guest service.
• Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to assist in the seamless execution of special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and graciously, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as internal hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor service flow and guest feedback in real time, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support inventory control processes, ensuring adequate stock of operational supplies and proper maintenance of service areas.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on daily goals, menu changes, and service priorities.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to training and mentoring.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English; additional language skills are a plus.
