We are looking for Account Manager to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
As an Account Manager with a strong background in software solutions and partner channel management, you will be responsible for managing relationships within our partner network, driving joint business growth, and ensuring mutual success through tailored software solutions and strategic collaboration.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners across the network.
- Identify partner needs and recommend appropriate additional solutions or programs.
- Monitor partner performance and satisfaction while ensuring revenue targets through joint upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support and empower partner success.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner communication, enablement, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to partner growth strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)
- Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
