Job Description

What does it feel like to be a Senior DLP Engineer in Netcompany?

As a Senior DLP Engineer, you will join our highly skilled Cybersecurity Technology Department within the Information Security organization. Your role will focus on designing, implementing, and operating advanced Data Loss Prevention and CASB solutions, ensuring compliance and data protection across complex environments.

As a Senior DLP Engineer:

• Design and implement DLP solutions across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Deploy and manage CASB technologies to secure SaaS and IaaS platforms.
• Configure and maintain Cloud Email Security solutions.
• Integrate DLP and CASB systems with existing IT and network infrastructure.
• Monitor, tune, and optimize DLP policies to reduce false positives and enhance protection.
• Collaborate with IT, Network, and SOC teams for incident handling and compliance.
• Document solutions in high-level blueprints, technical documentation and detailed technical designs.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in DLP, CASB, and cloud security.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in DLP solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP (endpoint, network, and cloud modules).
• Strong knowledge of CASB solutions (Forcepoint CASB or equivalent).
• Experience with Cloud Email Security (Forcepoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, etc.).
• Familiarity with IT systems and networks (Linux/Windows, virtualization, databases, firewalls, VPN).
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Certifications: Forcepoint Certified Professional, CISSP, CCSK, or similar.
