A leading Greek FMCG company in the food sector, based in Attica, with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, is seeking an Exports Specialist to support the growth of its international sales and strengthen B2B partnerships abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing export sales plans for assigned international markets, contributing to sales growth and profitability.
- Support market research to identify new export opportunities and assess potential for market entry or expansion.
- Help build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in contract negotiation and management, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, production) to support efficient execution of export operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help identify risks and opportunities.
- Support pricing and cost structure analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability of export operations.
- Participate in international fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings abroad, representing the company under guidance from senior staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting international sales strategies and business development, with exposure to retail and horeca distribution channels.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to deliver presentations.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel abroad.
