Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the energy of live events? We’re looking for a Junior Event Producer with a creative mindset, sharp organizational skills, and around 2 years of experience to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of exciting live, hybrid, and virtual events. You’ll collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of event production—from concept development to on-site delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events from start to finish
• Support the production team with timelines, budgets, vendor communications, and logistics
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to creative planning
• Attend site visits, rehearsals, and live event days
• Provide real-time support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-2 years of experience in event production or event coordination
• Degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Greek
• Team player
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with production tools and budgeting software is a plus
