We are looking for an HR Generalist

As part of our team, you will take an active role in enhancing the employee experience, supporting HR processes, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen our culture and organizational effectiveness.

Your day to day will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support to employees, ensuring the resolution of workplace issues and fostering a positive working climate
  • Supporting organizational changes by communicating updates, preparing trainings, and ensuring alignment across teams
  • Managing employee benefits programs, compensation-related processes, and equipment distribution
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews, supporting the hiring process, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the Recruiting team
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and organizing related trainings
  • Supporting the implementation of Learning & Development initiatives and ensuring participation and follow-up
  • Monitoring HR performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing workforce data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures in line with company standards
  • Ensuring full compliance with labor legislation, GDPR requirements, and other regulatory frameworks
  • Supporting the performance review process, facilitating goal-setting, and identifying development areas
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient use of the HRIS system and maintaining high data reliability
  • Preparing regular HR reports, including turnover, retention, and absenteeism metrics
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees and coordinating structured offboarding processes, including stay and exit interviews
  • Commuting to our offices in Kozani is possible whenever required

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within an industrial environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek labor legislation
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Excellent command of MS Office and data analysis tools
  • Experience with performance evaluation or talent assessment systems is considered a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
