Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment for all children.
- Supervises and ensures all team members deliver the activity programs and follow the standards, training, and safety guidelines according to the company standards.
- Monitors attendance, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient operation and a consistent guest experience.
- Handles parents’ inquiries and feedback with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance within the Kids Club area.
- Supports the HR team in staff onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews related to the Kids Club.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Kids Clubs, childcare programs, or family-focused hospitality environments, ideally in 5* resorts.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (such as German, French, or Italian) will be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of child development, educational activities, and creative play.
- Energetic, empathetic, and service-oriented personality with genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families.
- First Aid/CPR certification or equivalent training preferred.
