Metaxa Hospitality Group is looking for its Revenue Management Department based in Heraklion, for full-year employment:

Revenue Management Administrator 

We are seeking a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail to support our Revenue Management operations. In this role, you will ensure accurate data management across systems, maintain detailed reporting, and assist in the execution of revenue strategies that contribute to hotel performance and commercial success.

Reports to Senior Revenue Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the generation, compilation, and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Handle the process of connectivity & mapping new channels with the channel manager
  • Enter and maintain room inventory details across various systems as directed by the Revenue Managers
  • Communication of inventory changes to offline partners (correspondence, extranets & filing) 
  • Communication of Stop sales to offline partners (correspondence, extranets management & filing)
  • Communication of Special offers to offline partners (correspondence, extranets management & filing)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for the hotel 
  • Conduct competitor analysis to assist in the evaluation of pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Load promotions, discounts, and rate plans in the distribution channels
  • Organize and maintain department files, records, and reports — including payroll and accounting documentation — with timely updates
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for strategy meetings
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Senior Revenue Manager or Revenue Managers


Requirements

Required skills:

Experience & Education

  • Previous work experience for at least 2 years in a 5 * or 4 * hotel on similar role, or in Sales or Reservations department 
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)

Technical Skills

  • Highly computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word) 
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reports
  • Good working knowledge of PMS OPERA & PMS OPERA configuration
  • Knowledge of channel manager, OTA and TO extranets (eg Primal Res, Webhotelier, Booking.com, ExpediaPartnercentral.com, Destimo etc) 
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

 Communication & Organizational Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and external partners
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and file management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
