We are looking for Technical Support Consultant (Pharma Support) to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering effective and timely solutions to clients.
  • Advise and train users on the proper and efficient use of software applications.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to help drive product improvements and innovation.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (IEK) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a call center or pharmacy customer service environment will be considered a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with software applications is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Greek and  English.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
