We are looking for Technical Support Consultant (Pharma Support) to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering effective and timely solutions to clients.
- Advise and train users on the proper and efficient use of software applications.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to help drive product improvements and innovation.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (IEK) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a call center or pharmacy customer service environment will be considered a strong plus.
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with software applications is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Greek and English.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
